Shooting sets November 2 for the elections.. and October 3 open the door for candidacy

Hazem Hosni, the current head of the Shooting Federation, announced the opening of candidacy for the elections for a new board of directors for the union on October 3, to last for a week.

 Hosni confirmed that next November 2 will be set as the date for holding elections to choose a new board of directors to run the union for the next 4 years.


Hosni revealed that he will run for a new presidential term for the president's seat in the upcoming elections.


The Shooting Federation is preparing to organize the world championship for shooting on helicopters, which will be hosted by Egypt from the 11th to the 18th of next October, with the participation of 350 male and female shooters from 15 Arab and foreign countries.


The tournament will be held in the shooting ranges of the Egyptian International Olympic Games City in the New Administrative Capital, and the opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday 12 October, organized by Synergy and Tazkarti.


The countries participating in the tournament in Egypt are Italy, the United States of America, France, England, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Armenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Japan, Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia.


The tournament's organizing committee revealed that preparations for hosting the tournament are in full swing in terms of reassuring the availability of all logistical and administrative equipment, as well as coordinating the reception ceremonies for players and participating delegations starting on October 10.
