The handball team travels from Spain to France camp tomorrow

Tomorrow, Friday, the Egyptian handball team will head from Spain to a camp in France, after taking second place in the Spain friendly tournament, which concluded on Tuesday, in preparation for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

In this tournament, the team succeeded in defeating Croatia, 31/28, before losing to the Spanish national team, 29/30.


The list of the Egyptian national team includes:

Goalkeepers: Karim Hindawi - Mohamed Essam Al-Tayyar - Mohamed Ali.

Left wing: Omar Al-Wakeel Bakkar - Ahmed Moamen Safa

Left-back: Ali Zain - Yahya Al Deraa - Hassan Walid Qaddah

Playmaker: Ahmed Hisham El-Sayed "Dodo" - Ahmed Khairy - Saif Al-Dara

Right wing: Muhammad Sanad - Akram Yousry

Right-back: Ahmed Al-Ahmar - Yahya Khaled - Mohsen Ramadan

Constituency: Muhammad Mamdouh Hashem - Ibrahim Al-Masry - Wissam Nawar - Ahmed Adel.


The team is expected to enter two other camps in France and Germany, after which the coach will choose the final list that will participate in the Olympics, which will include 14 players in addition to a reserve player who will travel with the mission, and five players will remain in Egypt ready to travel in the event of any emergency.
