Manchester United's Lingard is considering leaving for Atletico Madrid

current.

And the British newspaper (Daily Mail) reported that the Spanish champions club is looking to strengthen its ranks for the new season and plans to include Manchester United player Lingard, who was loaned last January to West Ham and scored nine goals with him.

She added that the "Rojiblancos" are planning to compensate for the possible departure of Saul Niguez by joining the attacking midfielder to the "Red Devils", especially in light of the return of Lucas Torero to Arsenal after the end of his loan to Atleti.

Jesse Lingard, 28, grew up with United and was loaned on more than one occasion to English clubs such as Leicester City, Birmingham, Brighton, Derby County and West Ham United.
