Housing is considering putting up vacant units in new cities after Eid Al-Adha

Informed sources within the Urban Communities Authority revealed that vacant units are being counted in various new cities, which were not reserved in previous announcements, and are scheduled to be launched after Eid al-Adha.


The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority had agreed, earlier, in its meeting headed by Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, to grant facilities for the payment of financial dues for residential, administrative and professional units, shops, and plots of land of various types and areas (residential - commercial). – service – investment – ​​industrial –…), and the villas and beach units established by the authority, by exempting from paying 90% of the delay fines upon full payment of overdue dues, for a period of two months from the date of publishing the advertisement in the newspapers


This comes in order to facilitate the citizens obtaining a housing unit, shops, or other projects offered by the Ministry of Housing and Utilities, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, within the new cities, for citizens of low and middle incomes.
