Shikabala, advertisements, and an increase in the reward of tournaments.. Zamalek weapons to resolve the renewal of the stars

The Zamalek administration, headed by Hussein Labib, has begun to open the renewal file for players whose contracts expire at the end of the next season, namely: Moroccans Ashraf bin Sharqi, Muhammad Onajem, Abdullah Jumaa, Ahmed Sayed Zizou, Muhammad Abu Jabal and Tariq Hamid, where the club’s management wants to end the file next summer after the end of the season. This year, for fear of repeating the scenario of renewing the contract of Tunisian Ferjani Sassi, the Zamalek midfielder, whose contract with the club expires at the end of the current season, and the renewal file has not been resolved yet.

The Zamalek administration has settled on 3 main factors that will be the decisive factor in convincing the hexagonal to renew, which are:

The club management seeks to provide advertising contracts for the players who will be negotiated with them to renew their contract. Advertising contracts will be presented to the players at the beginning of the negotiations, provided that they are signed with the signing of the renewal contracts.

The club's management wants to provide financial liquidity to the players, other than the annual contract value, to be a means of persuasion to the players and agree to the renewal.

The Zamalek administration seeks to take advantage of the friendly and love relationship between Shikabala, the captain of the team, and his colleagues to persuade Shikabala to finish the renewal file and not be intransigent in their requests, especially since Shikabala is one of the few players who has a strong relationship with all those in the team, including technical, administrative and medical staff, players and dressing room workers.

Increase incentive rewards

The Zamalek administration seeks to put incentive clauses and rewards in the new player contracts to entice them to renew, such as increasing the reward for obtaining the league and the African Champions League.

The club’s management desires to maintain the stability of the team by maintaining the basic strength of the first team in light of the financial crisis the club is going through, as well as the temptations offered by competing clubs to Zamalek players in an attempt to contract with them.
