Parliamentary demands to impose a health ban in Iraq due to the third wave of Corona

Iraqi health sources demanded the re-imposition of the health ban after Iraq entered the third wave of the Corona pandemic.

A member of the Supreme Health Crisis Cell in the Iraqi parliament, Abdul Aoun Al-Abadi, said in statements to local media, that the epidemiological situation is still in danger, after daily injuries and deaths rose in large numbers, and after Iraq entered the third wave of the epidemic.

For its part, the Ministry of Health confirmed its readiness to receive the third wave of the virus, noting that there are other waves other than the first, second and third.

On Saturday, the number of deaths from the virus reached 28, while 4,814 new infections were recorded.
