Libyan official: The launch of the marine line, Tunis - Misurata, soon

The Executive Director of the Libyan-Tunisian Economic Cooperation Council, Saber Bougara, announced that they had received pledges with the initial approval of the Tunisian Minister of Transport, Moez Shakchouk, to grant them licenses to launch the tourist and commercial maritime line "Misurata - Tunisia", which will be a link between Libya, Goulette and Zarzis, after obtaining the approval of the Ministers of Finance and Interior. Bougherra added, in statements reported by (Libya Al-Hadath) channel, that there are efforts to launch a maritime line for the benefit of the Libyan community linking the countries of Europe and the city of Zarzis in Tunisia, targeting about 4 thousand passengers per month, and about 1800 cars between high and commercial and about 12 thousand tons of goods.

He indicated that they had submitted requests to the Tunisian authorities, specifically the Governor of the Central Bank, Marwan Al-Abbasi, and the Minister of Finance, Ali Al-Kali, to facilitate banking matters for the Libyans, indicating that upon the opening of the Tunis Misurata line, the focus will be on the Ras Al-Jidir line, and next June, a Tunisian-Libyan economic exhibition will be held for the reconstruction of Libya. .
